We spent some time looking at all the vendors for this project. We reviewed different layouts and configurations of varying communication centers or dispatch centers. We spoke to a local 911 center that had a Russ Bassett product installed and got their feedback. From the sales team to the staff who came in to measure the room and the install team, things moved very smoothly, and the process was simple.

The workstations are modern and although they are bigger than what we had, somehow they gave us a lot more room. The look made the room look more modern, classy and high tech.

Everyone is comfortable, the consoles are easy to use, they have room to work.
