Jeffcom 911 serves over 585,000 residents across Jefferson and Clear Creek counties in Colorado, providing emergency communications for 30 law enforcement, fire, and EMS agencies. Covering 1,170 square miles, the center handles more than 700,000 emergency calls annually. With a team of over 170, including 136 Emergency Communications Specialists and 18 Supervisors

Our current setup served us well, but moving to a new building was a key opportunity to elevate our environment. We aimed to enhance efficiency, comfort, and technology with a fresh start.
