The Red River Regional Dispatch Center (RRRDC) is a bi-state 911 communications center serving communities across North Dakota and Minnesota, providing critical emergency and non-emergency call handling and dispatch services for law enforcement, fire, and EMS. Operating across jurisdictions and agencies, RRRDC plays a vital role in regional public safety—requiring technology, infrastructure, and workspaces that support reliability, collaboration, and uninterrupted performance around the clock.

The Challenge

As the Red River Regional Dispatch Center (RRRDC) planned and built a new, modern facility, the organization recognized that its existing workstations would no longer support the demands of a high-performance, bi-state 911 operation.

Dispatchers needed consoles that could:

  • Support 10–12 hour shifts without increasing fatigue
