The New Russ Bassett Website Has Launched

Life Flight provides air and ground critical care transport with nine aircraft and four ambulances.
Our old equipment had insufficient ergonomics, outdated workstations, and poor cable management. We also had extra equipment, from lights to power strips, at each workstation.
The goal was to find an end-user-friendly workstation that helped with ergonomics, comfort, and cable management and cleaned up all the extra items at each workstation. We also want something that will give us a long-term warranty for the equipment.
One of our key highlights was the teamwork of the Russ Bassett team. From the first contact with the Sales Team and all the way through the build process, we were able to make things very seamless. If you had questions, thoughts, feedback, or ideas, there was always someone to help you with them.
We would like to thank all the team members at Russ Bassett for all their hard work and dedication in helping complete this project.
-Brian Fosse, Communications Manager
We spent some time looking at all the vendors for this project. We reviewed different layouts and configurations of varying communication centers or dispatch centers. We spoke to a local 911 center that had a Russ Bassett product installed and got their feedback. From the sales team to the staff who came in to measure the room and the install team, things moved very smoothly, and the process was simple. If we need to choose our top reasons, it would be product quality, customization, and customer service.
Our team benefited from this project in several ways. The most important thing was the increased morale achieved by having something that looked nice, which everyone wanted to show off to others. The team has enhanced comfort now with the ability to adjust the desks and computers to fit each person.
