The New Russ Bassett Website Has Launched

Mid-sized municipal law enforcement agency, servicing over 200,000 residents and thousands more.
The dispatch consoles were 28 years old, having been installed in the Public Safety Building in 1996. They were losing structural integrity, looked bad, and were not what we knew we needed in place before our scheduled radio, CAD, and computer upgrades coming up in 2025. They were also detrimental to the employees' morale.
We were looking to build a "state-of-the-art" system in the 911 Center. We wanted the most professional and modern work environment, which facilitated upgrades coming in 2025 (radio system, CAD system, computers, etc.).
Russ Bassett was on the cooperative agreement in Georgia and when contacted, someone answered the telephone. Another company was also an option but no one answered the telephone when called.
-Deputy Chief, Ronnie Hastings
There was an immediate response to the initial inquiry, a virtual meeting was scheduled very shortly afterward with the right people, and there were no delays in returning telephone calls, emails, text messages, etc. Russ Bassett reps did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, throughout the entire process.
The employees at the Columbus 911 Center are very satisfied with the final product and look forward to the upcoming improvements.
Employee morale immediately improved and has contributed to a higher retention rate so far. This is attributable to this project providing tangible proof.
